Symtoms of Inner Peace
 Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
1/ Able to think and act with courage (rather than on fears based
on past experiences)
2/ Able to tolerate and enjoy each moment of life as it comes. Take it as an experience and a stepping stone to get yourself to a better place.
3/ Stop judging others.
4/ Stop interpreting the actions of others.
5/ Stop holding any conflict with self or others.
6/ Stop worrying about your past or your future. Appreciate what has come, and work best today so you could have a better tomorrow.
7/ Appreciate and be thankful of everyone and everything around you, for what they can offer best to your life and make it meaningful.
8/ Feeling connected with others and nature. You are NEVER alone.
9/ Accept the past and move on.
10/ An increased susceptibility to be compassionate and love.
